ann Kebbi於2012年初次踏足拉斯維加斯，當時他正從三藩市前往紐約開展「繪畫之旅」。在2022年4月，他返回拉斯維加斯逗留一星期，再度挑戰自我，勇敢面對這個城市「當我一到達，便就知道為何要回來。」他隨即留意到漫無目的遊走在賭城大道上的人潮，路人都無休止的肩摩轂擊，正如這位藝術家所說，拉斯維加斯猶如「一齣在中心舞台上演的劇目，演員置身中央，而觀眾在周邊徘徊不定。」Yann Kebbi回到巴黎的工作室後便開始著手創作，他以筆刻畫並形成坑紋，於紙上塑造畫面構圖。絡繹不絕的顧客、色彩絢麗的蔓藤花紋、眼泛淚光的臉容⋯⋯「繪畫一直是我主要的創作，拉斯維加斯正好是一個主題框架，而我的目標就是要尋找合適的視覺及平面圖像來演繹畫作的主體。」Yann Kebbi生於1987年，童年在巴黎生活。他畢業於巴黎國立高等裝飾藝術學院，繪畫仿如他的第二天賦，一直透過即興及速寫捕捉他的所見所聞。Yann Kebbi的畫風根基紮實，全靠他孜孜不倦地創作。他以速度作畫，當中包括運用變化萬千的筆觸、短促而轉折的線條、透視效果，以及空間與平面的層次，而他對乾性顏料尤其顏色筆情有獨鐘。
